About me
Hi, I’m Hervé (pronounced “Air-vay”), a Frenchman living in London, born to Cambodian parents.
I spent 7 years in investment banking at BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan in Madrid and London, working with insurance businesses during some of their most important transitions — including advising Apax Partners on its acquisition of PIB Group.
I also started and run my own family business with my life partner–so I understand the importance of wanting a business you’ve built to live on and thrive long into the future.
Today, through my family company, Ky Succession, I work with independent insurance brokerage owners like you to buy their business, continue your heritage and make you financially free for your next life chapter in retirement.
